Projects we can discuss
- New residential construction
- Home additions and substantial remodels
- Kitchen, bath and utility-space changes
- Select commercial scopes that fit current capacity
A useful first project conversation
Share the location, current drawings or scope, the stage of planning, target fixtures and the people responsible for project coordination. An early conversation helps identify questions before walls and finishes limit the available choices.
From rough-in to fixture stage
The work is shaped by the agreed scope and project sequence. Rough-in, equipment and fixture stages need to align with access and the schedules of other trades. We establish what Honey Bee is responsible for on the specific project rather than assuming a one-size-fits-all process.
What to have ready
- Project address and best contact
- Plans, fixture schedule or a written scope when available
- Current construction stage and coordination contact
- Known utility, equipment and timing considerations
