Faucets, toilets, disposals and common repairs
We help with the familiar plumbing problems that can quietly become a daily frustration: faucets that drip or will not shut off, toilets that run or do not flush correctly, disposal concerns, loose fixtures and visible supply or drain leaks.
Repair or replace?
The condition of the fixture, availability of suitable parts, repeat repair history and your plans for the room all play a role. We explain what appears repairable and when replacement may be the more practical conversation.
Planning for a customer-supplied fixture
- Share the model information before the visit when possible
- Confirm the fixture is intended for the available opening and configuration
- Keep included parts and installation information together
- Expect the existing plumbing and actual site conditions to be reviewed before installation
When a fixture symptom may be larger
Low pressure at one faucet may be local to that fixture. A change throughout the home, repeated backups or moisture that continues after the fixture is off can point to a broader issue. Tell us every area affected so we do not look at the symptom in isolation.
